How to Request Account Deletion

Since we prioritize the security of your data, we currently process all deletion requests manually to ensure that no unauthorized person can delete your account.

To begin the process, please follow these steps:

1. Compose an email from the email address associated with your Nand AI account.

2. Send the email to: support@nandai.com (replace with your actual support email).

3. Subject Line: Account Deletion Request – [Your Name/Username]

4. In the body of the email, please confirm that you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

 

What Happens Next?

• Verification: Our team will verify your identity via the email address provided.

• Processing Time: Once verified, your account deletion request will be processed within 7 business days.

• Finality: Once an account is deleted, it is permanent. You will lose access to all AI models, history, preferences, and saved data. This action cannot be undone.

 

Data Retention Policy

When you request to delete your account, we delete all personal information associated with your profile. However, please note:

• Financial Records: If you have made purchases, we are legally required to retain certain transaction data for tax and auditing purposes.

• Aggregated Data: We may retain non-identifiable, anonymized data to improve our AI models and services.
